TERMS
- Payment is due within 30 days of the date order is shipped --- check payable to: Almost U, LLC.
- All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- No returns of merchandise will be allowed without Return Authorization. Please make sure the RA number is clearly on the outside of the box to ensure proper credit.
- All of our products are of the highest quality and are guaranteed to be free of defect in material and workmanship.
- All claims for damages and shortages must be made in writing within 10 days from date of receipt of the merchandise.
- Almost U, LLC reserves the right to withhold future orders when a balance over 60 days exists.
- All invoices remaining unpaid for 30 days will accrue interest at the rate of 1.5 percent per month, not to exceed 18 percent per year.
